Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton

Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton (CHCGD) is a nonprofit organization with the mission of, “improving lives by providing quality primary and preventive health care services to those in need, regardless of ability to pay.”

Our six convenient locations—Alex Central, Charles Drew, Corwin Nixon, East Dayton Health & Dental, Patterson Park & Victor Cassano—offer flexible hours and provide primary care, dental, and behavioral health services. In addition, we’ve partnered with Dayton Public Schools to offer health care on wheels for students in our Mobile Health Unit.
